Founder & CEO

Pamela Mahan, PA-C

Pamela is an aesthetic-trained physician assistant who received her education from the University of Florida and her Masters's degree from the University of Nebraska. Pamela has been practicing medicine for over 20 years with experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy/Holistic Medicine, and most recently Plastic Surgery. Pamela has personally performed all the procedures provided in our Medical Spa on hundreds of patients through the years and seen incredible results. Pamela has also worked with skin care patients for more than fifteen years making skin care Consults one of her areas of expertise. Pamela is the Founder of Youthful Medical Spa. Helping patients achieve their ultimate goals through the latest medical and holistic anti-aging approaches is her first priority.

Troy Mahan

Troy is the Chief Operating Officer of Youthful Medical Spa and co-owner. His experience includes the ownership and business development of 47 diagnostic centers in five different states. Troys’ extensive business background helps Youthful Medical Spa stay on the cutting edge with all the latest in cosmetic procedures while maintaining the highest level of customer service. He has built all of his businesses under one idea, (Service above self) Troy understands that our Medical Spa is all about the patient and their experiences. Troy is also the owner of several hearing aid practices… including Clear Ear, Medical Hearing in Jacksonville Beach, Arlington Expressway North Jacksonville and Orange Park.

Keri Vahey

Keri grew up in chilly Connecticut but longed for sunshine and palm trees, which led her to continue her education in South Carolina and Florida. She earned her Esthetics license in both states over 18 years ago and originally began pursuing a nursing degree. However, her true passion for esthetics soon became clear, and she chose to dedicate her career to skincare. Her experience spans some of the most prestigious resorts in the country, including The Ritz-Carlton and The Breakers. Quickly recognized for her leadership skills, Keri transitioned from working as an esthetician into management roles. While living in Orlando, she met her husband—and in a twist of fate, they discovered they were from the same small town and even shared mutual friends, despite never crossing paths before. The couple later relocated to West Palm Beach, where Keri excelled as a Spa Manager and Director. When her husband’s career brought them north, she found her new home at Youthful Medical Spa. Today, Keri combines her deep knowledge of skincare ingredients with Youthful’s state-of-the-art technology to deliver real, transformative results for her patients. Her enthusiasm for continued learning, paired with her genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best, is what makes Keri a valued part of the Youthful Medical Spa team.

Julie Duke

Julie was raised in Atlanta, Georgia where she resided for 26 years. She moved to Ponte Vedra Beach after getting married and has raised 3 beautiful daughters. After attending college at West Georgia College in Carrollton, Georgia, Julie was employed with a popular skincare and cosmetic line where she developed a deep understanding and passion for the importance of caring for your skin by being proactive rather than reactive to combating the natural process of aging. Her knowledge of this importance has been instilled in her daughters, family and close friends. Julie enjoys friendly and informative conversations with clients speaking of her expertise in the many ways to enhance their skin care regimen that will best suits their needs.

Leighton Peterson

Leighton Peterson has been a Spa Manager with Youthful Medical Spa for over 4 years. After attending Jacksonville University, where she double majored in Communications and Musical Theater, Leighton embarked on a diverse career journey, gaining experience in supply chain management, logistics, human resources, and management. She ultimately discovered her passion in medical aesthetics, where she has thrived. Leighton has become a sought-after provider and trainer, specializing in services like CoolSculpting Elite, TempSure, Jet Plasma, and Hydrafacial. She is also a Master Certified CoolSculpting Technician, having completed advanced training at the prestigious CoolSculpting University and its Masters Series in New Jersey. Outside of the office, you can find her at home with her menagerie of animals, husband, and 2 sons – cuddled up with a warm cup of coffee.

Christine Mason

Christine is Youthful Medical Spa’s Membership Director and has been for over a decade! Christine has been in the medical spa industry since 2008 and has worked for some of the top cosmetic surgeons in Jacksonville. Christine is a native of Jacksonville she studied at Florida community college specialized is floral design. She has 20 years of management and design experience; she was Director of product development for a national candy company. She also has many years in retail sales experiences and owned her own flower shop for 5 years. Her aesthetics experience and knowledge of cosmetic procedures enables her to be able to give our clients accurate information on all our products are services. In Christine’s free time, she loves to enjoy a walk through nature or try really unique dining experiences.

Holly is our Bookkeeper at Youthful Medical Spa! Although she is primarily behind the scenes, she loves interacting with the team and ensuring Youthful Medical Spa is fully stocked with all your favorite products! When not working, you can find Holly spending time with her adorable yorkie or traveling!

Cassandra Andella, APRN, FNP-BC

Cassandra is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (ARNP) with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) board certification. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree. Cassandra spent many years working in the ICU as a critical care nurse, finding her true passion in aesthetics. Her desire for learning and advancing her career led her to pursue a degree with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). With her advanced education and training, she became proficient in a wide array of treatments, including injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers), lasers, and skin care. Cassandra prides herself on patient-centered care and safety while achieving beautiful and natural results. She strongly believes in staying positive, smiling, and building self-confidence and self-love. When she is not with her patients, she enjoys exercising, fishing, hiking, and spending time with her family and pets.

Pamela Moore, DNP

Pamela Ann is a nurse practitioner with 20 + years of experience in aesthetics, plastic and cosmetic surgery, and skin care. She completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida. She was the first nurse practitioner to begin injecting at The Cosmetic Center at Mayo Clinic in 2015. She has extensive experience with facial balancing injection techniques for an enhanced natural appearance. In her free time, Pamela enjoys being in nature, visiting national parks, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family and two golden retrievers.

Hope Honigsberg, DNP

Hope Honigsberg is a board-certified nurse practitioner with 15+ years of experience in traditional and integrative medicine with an extensive history in aesthetics and anti-aging medicine. She received her undergraduate from Stevenson University. Graduating Sum Cum Laude from Walden University with a master's degree in nursing followed by a doctorate from The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Hope has multiple certifications in anti-aging medicine, peptide therapy, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women, and metabolic medicine. Hope also has a solid aesthetic background encompassing facial injections and threading, laser therapy, plastic surgery, and skin care. Hope firmly believes in the importance of evidence-based functional and aesthetic medicine and actively listens to her patients while providing safe and transformative patient care.

Samantha is a medical esthetician and CoolSculpting technician here at Youthful Medical Spa. Samantha specializes in incorporating holistic healing within medical procedures. Her passion is focused on helping others grow confident in their skin while leaving them relaxed and rejuvenated. Aside from Youthful Renaissance facials, a few of her favorite procedures to perform are Clear & Brilliant, HydraFacial, and dermaplaning. With her meticulous attention to detail, she enjoys CoolSculpting the body to help patients feel more confident. Samantha believes body contouring is an art. The science behind the process is what fascinates her most – she’s also a proud graduate of Coolsculpting University from Allergan Aesthetics Medical Institute! Samantha enjoys educating her clients while building lasting relationships with them. She is always looking to advance her education and frequently attends classes to advance her skillset and knowledge. Her personal mantra is to spread positivity and make sure each client leaves happier than they were when they came. In her spare time, Samatha enjoys being a makeup artist and loves creating lifelong memories with her bridal clients. When not doing makeup, you might find Samantha working on photography and exploring nature trails with her two dogs.

Demi, originally from Macclenny, Florida, made the exciting move to Jacksonville to attend The University of North Florida, where she pursued her passion for healthcare and leadership. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Leadership and a concentration in Aging, setting a strong foundation for her career. With over 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Demi’s lifelong love for skincare and aesthetics inspired her to take the next step and become a licensed esthetician. Today, she blends her healthcare background with advanced training in esthetics to deliver personalized recommendations and treatments that empower clients to achieve their beauty goals and feel their absolute best. Once in Jacksonville, she attended Parisian Spa Institute and graduated as a licensed medical aesthetician. She loves continuously learning how ingredients react with different skin types at a cellular level to achieve what we all want: bright, healthy skin. Her favorite treatment is HydraFacial with dermaplaning. Karen Cross has over 25 years of working in the salon and medical spa industry. She’s held her cosmetology license since 1995, along with extensive training and certifications with some of the top leading companies in the aesthetic field like Allergan, Repechage’ and Aveda. With her background in management and hospitality, she’s a great fit as the Front Desk Supervisor to help the spa run efficiently while providing stellar customer service. Karen is a mom of 3 now-adult children (Lauren, Haley, and Harrison) and 1 dog (Chloe). She lives in Ponte Vedra Beach and enjoys tennis, the beach, traveling, and wine tasting with her friends and family.

With more than 25 years of experience in the medical field, including a decade dedicated to plastic surgery and aesthetic sales across the East Coast, Chrissy brings unmatched expertise and passion to her role as an Aesthetic Consultant at Youthful Medical Spa. A graduate of Virginia College with a degree in Surgical Technology, she has built her career on delivering personalized guidance and compassionate care, helping clients achieve their aesthetic and confidence goals. Outside of the spa, Chrissy is a proud Navy wife and devoted mom of four. She enjoys cheering on her boys at the baseball field, golfing with her family, and supporting her Jacksonville community. A loyal Jacksonville Jaguars fan, Chrissy brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her work—ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and confident in their treatment decisions.

Haley began her career in aesthetics nearly eight years ago in San Diego, CA. She spent six years at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology as a Medical Assistant and CoolSculpting technician, where she gained extensive experience working alongside renowned dermatologists. From there, she transitioned into the medical spa setting, expanding her expertise by consulting on a wide variety of aesthetic treatments and performing CoolSculpting procedures for over two years. In 2019, Haley was selected to attend the prestigious West Coast CoolSculpting University for advanced training—an honor that further elevated her clinical knowledge and hands-on skill. Now based in Florida, she has brought her passion and expertise to Youthful Medical Spa, where she guides patients through personalized treatment plans designed to help them achieve their aesthetic goals. As an aesthetic consultant, Haley is committed to educating clients, providing honest recommendations, and ensuring each patient feels comfortable, confident, and cared for. Outside of the spa, she enjoys exploring her new city, relaxing at the beach, and attending concerts.
