Pamela Caplan-Mahan, Founder/Co-Owner
Pamela is a physician assistant who received her education from the University of Florida and her Masters degree from the University of Nebraska. Pamela has been practicing medicine for fifteen years with experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy/Holistic Medicine, and most recently Plastic Surgery. Pamela has personally performed all the procedures provided in our Medical Spa on hundreds of patients through the years and seen incredible results.
Pamela has also worked with skin care patients for more than ten years making skin care Consults one of her areas of expertise. Pamela is the Founder of Youthful Medical Spa. Helping patients achieve their ultimate goals through the latest medical and holistic anti-aging approaches is her first priority. 
Troy C. Mahan NBC-HIS Chief Operating Officer- CO-Owner
Troy is the Chief Operating Officer of Youthful Medical Spa and co-owner. His experience includes the ownership and business development of 47 diagnostic centers in five different states. Troy's extensive business background helps Youthful Medical Spa stay on the cutting edge with all the latest in cosmetic procedures while maintaining the highest level of customer service. He has built all of his businesses under one idea, (Service above self) Troy understands that our Medical Spa is all about the patient and their experiences. 
Patrick Kamish, M.D.
Dr. Kamish did his undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. He received his medical degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He has completed an oral surgery residency, a general surgery residency and then a plastic surgery residency.
After completion of his residency, Dr. Kamish had a thriving private plastic surgery practice for 24 years. He has also been affiliated with numerous professional memberships including the Duval County Medical Society, Lipoplasty Society, the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. His years of wisdom are a great asset to Youthful Medical Spa. 
Penny Velie, Board Certified Nurse Practioner
A native of Jacksonville, Penny is a graduate of Episcopal High School. She attended FSU, graduating from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University in Independence, Missouri, one of the top in the country in the training of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society.
With over twenty-five years in nursing, she has worked in the ER, OR, Oncology, PACU, pediatrics and hospice, including almost ten years working in the OR with jacksonville area plastic surgeons. She is trained in minor surgical procedures for removal of simple cysts, dermatofibromas, and skin tags. She worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the private for over five years.
She started a private practice aesthetics buisness and has almost ten years of experience in advance aesthetics, working with Botox and dermal fillers, including Juvaderm and Radiesse. She is trained in chemical peels, microderabrasion, IPL, and lasers.
She is certified in NAET where she treats food, chemical and seasonal allergies, as well as chronic pain such as fibromyalgia, interstitial cysts, and rheumatoid arthritis through natural, non- invasive methods.
She is ordained in the Christian Community International Church and has been in 56 countries as a medical missionary bringing healthcare and the Gospel of Christ to indigenous people groups who have no access to medical care.
Her passion is to touch the hearts, and help heal and renew the bodies, of all the patients she serves.
Marly Harlan, P.A.-C- Physician Assistant
Marly received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Iowa. She then continued on to receive her Masters in Physician Assitant Studies from the University of Iowa, which is the top ranked Physician Assistant program in the nation.
Marly brings to Youthful Medical Spa her extensive aesthetic background and training from previous employment with two different Medical Spas. Her training has provided her the opportunity to have had years of hands on experience with multiple different lasers and cosmetic procedures as well as being in the midst of many surgical settings. She can confidently recommend procedures and skin care that will be appropriate and customized for your anti-aging aesthetic desires. You will love Marly's gentle calming demeanor and the professionalism that supports her credentials as a highly experienced and knowledgeable aesthetic trained Physician Assistant.
Lynda Murphee ARNP- Board certified Nurse Practioner
Lynda is a proud native of The Beaches and a graduate of Fletcher High School. After obtaining her nursing degree from Tulsa College she spent several years as an RN before being selected into the Medical University of South Carolina's prestigious Nurse Practitioner[ARNP] and a Board Certified Nurse - midwife [CNM] and spent 25 years caring for women and famililes in private practice. She is a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the U.S. and the Virgin Islands.
Lynda has owned and operated a women's healthcare practice with the medical offices at the Beaches and St. Augustine and has delivered more than two thousand local babies. She holds andvance training in ob/gyn, women's health and reproductive medicine, surgery, and family practice. Her background in women's healthcare provided a natural transition to medical aesthetics, and her current skillset includes lasers,IPL,Fraxel, Thermage, and facial injectables.
Outside of her professional practice, Lynda holds a captains license and recently returned from sailing around the world aboard her ocean- equipped boat "Gypsy." She became interested in medical aesthetics during a stay in South America, where medical aesthetics are widely practiced. She is pleased to bring her clinical knowledge and her passion for helping patients look and feel their best to Youthful Medical Spa.
Lauren Trussel, Licensed Aesthetician
Lauren is an experienced aesthetician and message therapist. She is able to offer clients a wide range of services in the industry including Chemical peels, microdermabrasions, facials, skincare analysis, waxing and makeup application. Her expertise is in anti-aging and acne facials
Lauren's product knowledge encompasses many skin care lines with an advanced certification in Neocutis, Skin Ceuticals and Obagi Prescription Skin Care. She also has an art when it come to applying the Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup.

Rebecca Sellers - Licensed Massage Therapist
Rebecca is a massage thereapist with extensive traning and experience in Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, and Theraputic Massage. She has an intuitive approach to massage and is proficient in trouble shooting within the body. Rebecca comes to Youthful Medical Spa with over 15 years over massage expericen. She is a gifted body worker and combines a variety of modalities to work with energy. She facilitates clients into a sense of well being and helps them harness energy. She offers aromatherapy and hot stones, as well. Her knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and ailments is top notch. You won't be dissappointed.
Cheryl Sheldon - Administrative Assistant
Cheryl has been a part of Youthful Medical Spa since its inception. She has a vast array of knowledge regarding all of the procedures and services as well as a very informative background on skin care and products. Cheryl also is wonderful at providing our clients with valuable financing options and payment plans. Cheryl always provides our clients with superb customer service and makes them feel totally pampered.
