Pamela Caplan-Mahan, Founder/Co-Owner
Pamela is an aesthetic trained physician assistant who received her education from the University of Florida and her Masters degree from the University of Nebraska. Pamela has been practicing medicine for fifteen years with experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy/Holistic Medicine, and most recently Plastic Surgery. Pamela has personally performed all the procedures provided in our Medical Spa on hundreds of patients through the years and seen incredible results.
Pamela has also worked with skin care patients for more than fifteen years making skin care Consults one of her areas of expertise. Pamela is the Founder of Youthful Medical Spa. Helping patients achieve their ultimate goals through the latest medical and holistic anti-aging approaches is her first priority. 
Troy C. Mahan NBC-HIS Chief Operating Officer- CO-Owner
Troy is the Chief Operating Officer of Youthful Medical Spa and co-owner. His experience includes the ownership and business development of 47 diagnostic centers in five different states. Troy's extensive business background helps Youthful Medical Spa stay on the cutting edge with all the latest in cosmetic procedures while maintaining the highest level of customer service. He has built all of his businesses under one idea, (Service above self) Troy understands that our Medical Spa is all about the patient and their experiences. 
Patrick Kamish, M.D.
Dr. Kamish did his undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. He received his medical degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He has completed an oral surgery residency, a general surgery residency and then a plastic surgery residency.
After completion of his residency, Dr. Kamish had a thriving private plastic surgery practice for 24 years. He has also been affiliated with numerous professional memberships including the Duval County Medical Society, Lipoplasty Society, the Southeastern Society of Plastic anReconstructive Surgeons. His years of wisdom are a great asset to Youthful Medical Spa.
Paul Schklar, P.A-C Aesthetic Trained Physician Assistant
Paul grew up in the Nashville, TN area where several family member still reside. Paul studied at Vanderbilt University where he received his undergraduate degree. He also spent 4 years in the Navy. Paul later went on to attend The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences where he received his second degree as an Physician Assistant.
Paul moved to Florida in 1980 and has been here in Jacksonville since 1986. Paul loves music but especially the 50's, 60's and mid 70's. He has been married for eleven years to local traffic reporter Ruthi Schklar. They have a loving dog Huggybear they couldn't live without.
He has been a Physican Assistant for over 38 years with a wide array of experience. One of Paul's areas of expertise and loves is with injectables. All of his patients rave about his wonderful bedside manner and his desire to educate and make all his patients feel comfortable.
Mandy Mccook, P.A.-C- Aesthetic Trained Physician Assistant
Mandy received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Valdosta State University. Then she continued her education for her Bachelors in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical College of Georgia, which she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Mandy brings to Youthful Medical Spa an extensive aesthetic background training from previous employment with a Cosmetic Dermatologist in Cumming, GA as well as training with a reputable plastic surgeon in Alpharetta, GA. Her many years of instruction has paved the way for Mandy to become exceptionally passionate about aesthetics and confidently customizing recommendation for optimal outcomes in skin care and anti-aging procedures.
Mandy is a native of Waycross, GA and is the proud mother of two young boys. Her husband serves in the Navy as a Rescue Swimmer. She has lived in Jacksonville for the last five years.
Stephanie M. Allen-Licensed Paramedical Aesthetician
Stephanie is new to the Youthful Medical Spa Family. She offers clients a variety of services. She specializes in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, skin care analysis, waxing, make up applications ,and skin care advice. Her expertise is in anti-aging and acne care.
Stephanie has extensive product knowledge in numerous prescription skin care lines, as well as certifications for paramedical peels and products. Stephanie was born in Brooklyn, NY but grew up in Portland Oregon. She has made Jacksonville her home for the past 10 years, but misses snowboarding season back home.
Mallory McDaniel - Administrative Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator
Last month we welcomed Mallory McDaniel to Youthful medical Spa. She has extensive skills and knowledge in costumer service through her past experiences. Mallory is joy to be around and is always making patients and the staff smile. Her attention to detail and positive attitude, makes her a great fit to the Youthful Medical Spa family. Her love for good skin care, health-and-wellness, and cosmetics drew her attention to Youthful Medical Spa. Her desire for representing Youthful Medical Spa, makes her prove herself everyday, to show the best she can be.
Mallory is a native of Jacksonville. She grew up in the Ft. Caroline area and is currently enrolled at Florida State College of Jacksonville and is majoring in Elementary Education and Dance. When she is not helping patients, she is dancing at Scott Jones School of Dance, which she has been doing for 14 years.
